To ensure a seamless and professional experience, please adhere to the following policies:
Reservation Policy:
Bookings without payment or deposit confirmation are held for a maximum of 18 hours. After this window, the slot is automatically released and the client is moved to walk-in status.
Cooperation:
Clients are expected to cooperate with staff and photographers to maximise their session time.
Respectful Conduct:
Use of abusive or disrespectful language towards staff or photographers is strictly prohibited.
Makeup Timing:
Clients having their makeup done in the studio should arrive at least one hour before their booking time.
Rescheduling:
Clients unable to meet their scheduled time must notify the studio at least 24 hours in advance or forfeit the appointment.
Punctuality:
Failure to arrive on time may result in delays, as bookings are strictly adhered to.
Liability:
The studio is not responsible for injuries or loss of personal belongings.
Picture Retention:
The studio guarantees picture retention for a maximum of three months.
Photo Products:
If you fail to provide the required pictures or information for a paid photo product (e.g., photobook, frame, etc.) and prices increase, you will be responsible for the price difference.
Image Ownership & Logo Policy:
The studio retains full copyright ownership of all images produced. Final images may include the studio logo or watermark as part of our brand identity. Clients who request removal of the studio logo will be required to pay an additional fee equal to 100% of the total session cost to cover extended usage rights and branding removal.
Social Media & Image Sharing:
While we love showcasing our work, social media posting is at the sole discretion of the studio. The studio is not obligated to publish every client's images on its platforms. Content shared is based on creative direction, brand alignment, and marketing schedules.
