Everything you need to know before booking

We offer Personal, Family, Kiddies, Maternity, Newborn, Pre-Wedding, Convocation, and more. Each shoot type has its own packages based on outfit changes, duration, and number of edited photos. You'll be able to select your shoot type during the booking process.

Each shoot type has tiered packages based on the number of outfits and photos. For example, a Personal session starts with 1 outfit (5 edited photos) and goes up to 5 outfits (18 photos). You pick the package that fits your needs when booking — you'll see all prices and what's included before you confirm.

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is settled before or on the day of your shoot. Full details are shown during checkout.

Standard Family packages accommodate up to 5 people. For larger groups, please contact us directly at info@363photography.org so we can arrange a suitable session for you.

Bring all the outfits for your selected package — ideally in a garment bag to keep them neat. You're also welcome to bring any personal props or accessories you'd like included in the shoot. The studio has its own props available, but anything sentimental or specific to your vision should come with you.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled slot. Studio time starts on schedule — arriving late may reduce your shooting time as other bookings follow immediately after yours.

For Personal and similar sessions, a partner, sibling, or family member can join for one outfit change. This must be planned in advance — notify us when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Session length depends on your package. Entry-level packages run around 45 minutes and premium multi-outfit sessions go up to 120 minutes. Your exact duration is shown on the package selection screen during booking.

Yes — basic studio props are available at no extra charge. If you have specific props in mind (balloons, custom items, themed pieces), please bring them with you.

Absolutely! We welcome a guest to join your Personal session for an additional ₦20,000, which includes 2 extra edited photos featuring them. Just let us know when booking so we can factor it into your session time.

Yes! If you book a package with two or more outfits, a parent or sibling is welcome to jump in for one of those outfit sessions at no extra charge. For single-outfit packages, we can accommodate a parent or sibling joining for an additional ₦20,000, which includes 2 extra edited photos together.

Yes — our photographers are experienced at guiding you into flattering, natural poses and creating beautiful images from start to finish. You don't need to come in with a plan. That said, if you have a specific vision or have put together a moodboard, we'd love to see it! Feel free to share it with us after you've completed your booking.

Yes — we have a selection of wraps and newborn outfits available in the studio for your session. If you have a specific colour palette or outfit in mind, you're welcome to bring your own pieces too.

Please come prepared with the following essentials:

Baby oil — to keep baby's skin looking soft and smooth on camera
Baby comb — for any light grooming between setups
Pacifier — to help settle baby during the session
Headband — for baby girls, to add to styling options

Beyond that, just bring yourself, a full tummy for the baby, and enjoy the experience!

Yes — raw files are available on request. Please let us know after your session and we'll arrange this for you.

Edited photos are delivered within 48 hours for weekday shoots and 72 hours for weekend shoots. You'll receive a notification when they're ready.

The number of included photos is clearly listed on each package — ranging from 5 edited photos (entry) up to 18 edited photos (premium). These are professionally retouched and delivered in high resolution.

363 Photography guarantees photo retention for a maximum of 3 months after your shoot. We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your images as soon as they're delivered.

During the booking process, you'll be asked whether you consent to your photos being shared on our social media platforms. If you select No, your images will remain completely private and will never be posted.

If you do give consent, please note that we don't post every session. Content shared is based on creative direction, brand alignment, and our scheduling — so consent doesn't guarantee your photos will be featured, but it gives us permission to do so if they fit.

Yes, but there is an additional fee. Logo removal requires an extended usage rights agreement equal to 100% of your total session cost. This covers branding removal and extended copyright licensing.

We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations may incur a 50% fee. To reschedule or cancel, email info@363photography.org or use the link in your booking confirmation email.

363 Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images produced. As the client, you receive personal use rights for the edited photos delivered to you. Commercial or extended usage requires a separate agreement.

The studio is not responsible for injuries sustained on premises or for loss of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure during your visit.

If you fail to provide required photos or information for a photo product (photobook, frame, etc.) and prices increase in the meantime, you will be responsible for the price difference. Please send all materials promptly after your shoot.
